Our home is Honest Abe's Floor Plan, the Graystone. We have added 8 extra feet on to the back of the home to get a walk through closet, a utility room and a back porch. The style of log we chose is the Original Chinked log system. The logs are flat on the outside and inside works great for decorating on the inside with the flat surface of the logs. The great room has a beautiful Heavy Timber rafter system with tongue groove. Our home was finished off with 6 foot tall windows that actually go all the way to the floor which gives more light and a different look.
